"I was a generally healthy and fit individual who was fairly athletic having completed Ironman Triathlons and several marathons but over the last 5 years I began to feel unwell and had several symptoms which I put down to getting older and stress as work. I was introduced to Adele last May and having had my initial consultation realised that all was not well with my body. Over the following weeks after several tests, it was ascertained that I was very ill and had been for sometime having 4 different parasite infestations within my intestines and stomach. I then commenced a strict diet to re-address the problems, along with supplements, and after some 4 – 6 weeks began to notice an improvement. With continual reviews of my diet and over time, allowing elements back into my diet, and supplement changes as well as consultation sessions, progress continued and after about 16 weeks, the diet was relaxed significantly.

This was an experience I would have preferred not to have gone through but I have no doubt that without Adele’s guidance and assistance we would not have:
